I think the importance of writing is in the method of saying I was here today. It's that act of daily defiance, where the hours somehow are captured in a bottle. It's a matter of making something that will last, even if it's just a few words on a page. I don't believe that these words will be consumed by anyone probably other than me. Still, I'm given the option to go back and consume them. That option is not open to everyone. Only authors and people that write down what they believe and think have that option available to them. Fiction authors are able to express commonality in forms of action and adventure. Perhaps that's why fiction writing is so amazing. It allows you to capture that moment in a way that anyone can consume.

The difficulty of choosing
Thinking about what books to write can be a difficult process. It's not so much that ideas are hard to find, it's that there are so many of them. Each idea requires a lot of time and energy. So the difficulty in writing really is in figuring out which ideas are worth writing about. One way to help determine this, is to sit on an idea. If the idea survives or even weeks, then you know it has potential to be a good idea to write about.

Leveling up as a writer
Yesterday I played a game called betrayal Legacy. The purpose of the game is to destroy a monster. The other part of the game, revolves around how the game changes session to session. I think that's an interesting idea when talking about writing. The way you write royalties you make will affect how future writing and royalties work. A lot of work today, even if it doesn't make a lot of money, will help you be more productive in the future. Good royalties can help pay for new projects in the future. I think that this Legacy is a big reason to keep pursuing more and more writing. Kind of like leveling up as a writer.

Easy to build content in 2019
It is an amazing day and age we live in. The raw ability to create new things has never been easier. Today we can use a simple web program to build a 3D model. We can take that 3D model and feed it into a 3D printer. We can then use a number of cheap items from the dollar store, and build a full relevant to our books. In addition, we can build audio and print books exceedingly easy. We can hire good editors a narrators at an extremely fair price. This means that creating a new book has never been easier. I am grateful for the potential 2019 now has. Even this article was written with a speech to text editor, making it very simple to produce. What a wonderful age to live in!
