Importance of legacy

I think the importance of writing is not just to write well. I don't think that the ultimate goal is to have a perfect book. Instead it's about living a dream. About taking a step that many find scary. I think there's some honor or bravery and taking that step. And I think it's worthwhile to put something out there that will last for a little bit. I don't know if anyone will read this blog, or any of my books, and that's fine. At least I was willing to go ahead and try. And in the end that's infinitely better than doing nothing at all. And that's why I'm happy with the effort. Because any effort beats no effort.

New Location, New Price

I am moving my website from GoDaddy (who was charging ~$7 a month) to a free service. I decided this was better because it would allow me to continue this blogging effort without worrying about interruption (which has happened recently).

I will be fixing links and a bunch of other things as I can. More to come soon!
